John Hanley is a native of Louisiana, where he graduated with a bachelor’s in Creative Writing and a bachelor’s in French from Louisiana State University. He then received his Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from North Carolina State University. His work has appeared in North Carolina Literary Review, swim press, Livina Press: Midnight Ink, and elsewhere.

Jes Malitoris is a nonbinary horror and dark fantasy author from Durham, NC. You can find xer short fiction in Bewildering Stories, Necksnap Magazine, Cosmic Horror Monthly, The Crawling Moon: Queer Tales of Inescapable Dread (Neon Hemlock, 2024), and very soon in The Skull & Laurel.
